Cooling Pvt. Ltd. was Established in 1992, as a trading
house in the field of AirConditioners. In 1994 Seagull
Cooling Established Fabrication line for outdoor Units
for Split Airconditioners. In the year 1996 Seagull
Cooling launched fabrication and assembly line for
Fan Coil Unit. Later in 1999 - 2000 Seagull Cooling
opened up Assembly Line for High Wall Split Air Conditioners
(Indoor Units).
Having our head office located in
Mumbai and corporate office in New Delhi, our group
turnover is 450 Million INR. Our Subsidary Units
are as Follows.

for Parts of Airconditioners)
- SUI Generis Appliances PVT. LTD. (Manufacturing Plant)
- Cool Stop (INDIA) PVT. LTD. (Retail
Chain)

Manufacturing unit of Complete Range of
Airconditioners like Window, Splits,
Light Commercial Airconditioners is done in Dadra
(90 Miles from Mumbai). And manufacturing
unit of Fan Blade Blower is located
in Delhi.
- Creating a brand image, “CRUISE” became
an established name for Seagull group of companies,
where the product range of Seagull was
recognized by this brand globally.
- Now a successful name in the Aircon
Industry, Seagull started diversifying into
many activities related to this Industry.
